Hello and welcome! I'm Mukesh Kumar, and I help busy technology leaders and managers navigate the rapidly evolving landscape of platform ecosystems and emerging technologies.

My focus is on three main 'future of work' areas: building and scaling platform ecosystems (IoT, SaaS, embedded), leveraging AI/ML for business impact, and driving successful go-to-market strategies for technological solutions.

A little about me:

Most recently, I served as an Executive VP of Technology & Presales at a leading organization, where I've been instrumental in developing technical go-to-market frameworks and leading platform enablement strategies across diverse sectors like FinTech, AI/ML, and Telecom. I've also introduced reusable solution accelerators and mentored leadership in cross-functional solution articulation.

Previously, as a Chief Technology Officer at a technology product company, I architected a modular SaaS platform, scaled technical organizations, and introduced role-based training and documentation models. I also launched successful new products through extensive market research and collaborative input, while continuously evaluating emerging technologies to maintain a competitive advantage.

Prior to that, as a System Architect at a global lighting and IoT solutions provider, I led global enablement for connected platforms across various regions. My experience also includes managing innovation teams at a global lighting company and working as a Senior Engineer in robotics and automation.

I'm an innovator and thought leader, holding two global patents related to energy storage and load flickering correction. I've scaled engineering and platform delivery teams, built technical partnerships with global vendors, and launched structured enablement for cross-platform technical onboarding, including modular training paths and certification. I've also created AI/ML-driven proofs-of-concept demonstrating ROI for various domains and led end-to-end knowledge infrastructure design. My insights have been shared as a speaker at multiple industry forums on EV, solar, and IoT system rollouts. I also hold Agile Scrum, Lean Advanced, and Six Sigma Green Belt certifications.

Most managers don't have a lot of time to watch lengthy courses (that are usually full of fluff). So I focus on creating short, impactful courses that help busy technology leaders become more effective, without wasting their time.

I will be publishing courses about Generative AI, its usage, and the latest technologies in the field, drawing from my extensive experience in developing and scaling complex technological ecosystems and driving impactful innovation.
