I am a highly motivated and skilled Mechanical Engineer with a passion for designing, analysing and manufacturing innovative technology. With a strong academic background, I have obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from Fr. Conceicao Rodrigues College of Engineering with a C.G.P.A of 8.51/10. My educational journey includes a score of 64.14% in Higher Secondary Education from D.G. Ruparel College of Science, Arts & Commerce and 92% in Secondary Education from Don Bosco High School.
Throughout my academic career, I have taken on several exciting projects, including the design and manufacture of an Electric All-Terrain Vehicle as a part of the SAE Baja Club where I was appointed as the club captain for the 2021-22 season. In this role, I led a team of 43 players and served as the head of the Brake and Transmission department, designing and analyzing various components such as the chassis, brake disc, hub and gearbox. Additionally, my major project involved studying and manufacturing an impact bar of a car bumper using composite materials.
My hard work and dedication have paid off, as I was honoured to receive recognition at the Baja SAE India National Level ATV Competition in June 2022, achieving All India Rank 1 in both the Brake Test and the Acceleration Event.
In addition to my academic and professional achievements, I have developed a number of valuable skills, including proficiency in computer-aided design using Solidworks, Catia V5, and AutoCad, simulation and analysis using Ansys Workbench, optimization of machine elements using KISSsoft software, and experience in Lathe Machine operation.
I am also dedicated to sharing my knowledge and skills with others. I serve as an instructor on the Udemy platform, teaching a popular Solidworks course.
