- Certified in BluePrism, UiPath, and Automation Anywhere.
- Well known about requirement gathering, requirement analysis, development, documentation, testing, maintenance, and support. - Excellent technical writing skills to create Process Definition Document (PDD), Solution Design Document (SDD), Operational Impact Document (OID), User Manual, and Use Cases Specifications.
- Excellent business, communication, and presentation skills.
- Adept in written correspondence, escalations, change requests (CR), and oral presentations to keep customer and team members apprised of goals and project status and resolve relevant issues and conflicts.
