Hi, I’m Rustem Aliiev, a Strategic Workforce Planning and Organisation Design practitioner with more than 25 years of international HR and business leadership experience.

Throughout my career, I have helped organisations translate business strategy into practical decisions about workforce capacity, skills, organisational structure and future capability. I have led transformation initiatives across retail, hospitality, financial services, energy and technology, supporting complex organisations through growth, restructuring and workforce change.

My experience includes designing organisational structures affecting workforces of more than 200,000 people, developing workforce analytics and planning solutions, and delivering transformation programmes that improved organisational efficiency while generating significant financial savings.
