Hello and welcome! I’m Ruchi — a certified Life Coach, Pranic Energy Healer, and Reiki Practitioner. My passion is helping people reconnect with their inner energy, restore balance, and step into their most radiant, authentic selves.

Before dedicating myself to life coaching and energy work, I also worked as an engineer, programmer, school teacher, and project manager while raising a family across different countries. These diverse experiences gave me a unique perspective on life, growth, and balance — and the understanding that true transformation begins within.

Through my courses, I combine practical tools, ancient wisdom, and modern insights to create a clear and accessible path for healing and alignment. My teaching style is warm, encouraging, and down-to-earth — because I believe learning about energy should feel empowering, inspiring, and doable for everyone.
