I am an accomplished trainer, faculty advisor and conduct standardized as well as customized training in Project Management and Strategic Management for various industries, dealing with clients across UK/Europe and Asia Pacific, and have trained more than five thousand project managers.

I am an Authorized PMI Training Instructor (ATI) for the prestigious PMP certification and hold a doctorate in Microelectronics from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Banaras Hindu University (IIT-BHU), complemented by distinguished certifications as an Independent Director, Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Hybrid Project Pro Micro-Credential (AHPP) and Advanced Business Strategy. She has various publications in national and international conferences, peer-reviewed journals.

My experience spans both academic institutions, where I taught subjects like Strategic Management, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, and Operations Management, and the industry, where I deliver training programs on project management fundamentals, PMP prep, project concepts & frameworks, and project planning & scheduling. She even conducts faculty development programs. I also offer consulting services, delving into project complexities, identifying challenges faced by multi-disciplinary teams, and recommending solution strategies.
