As a young mother with limited funds and a desire for a beautifully furnished home, I began teaching myself how to re-purpose, design, build, decorate, and reupholster, in order to create the home I wanted with a small budget. My passion blossomed and people took notice. My projects have been featured in national magazines such as Better Homes and Gardens and This Old House. I have also been invited to speak at Home Shows and various other groups. I began to do freelance work creating room designs for others as well as remodeling consultations. Working on my own time when ever I want.
