My career started in the Swiss aeronautical information services and includes the digitalisation and automation of operations, including the development of business rules to optimise information processing and distribution. With in-depth knowledge of learning management systems and e-learning, I‘m recognized as an exceptional teacher and specialist.

Having grown up in a restaurant, I understand first-hand the importance of customer needs, logistics and economic aspects.

I also bring military leadership experience and the title of a Junior Swiss Pool Billiards Champion to my diverse expertise.
