Roger was a Senior Manager in one of the Big 4 public accounting firms. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of California and an active member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a Certified Management Accountant.

Roger holds a Bachelors of Business Administration degree in Accounting and Finance and a Master of Accounting degree with an emphasis in Taxation from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He has over 10 years of public accounting and industry experience providing various services including tax compliance, tax planning and advisory services to start-up companies and multinational corporations on the West Coast.
