Robyn Kesnow, RVT is the founder of Animal RN, an in-your-home pet care provider specializing in veterinary medical support. Since 2007 Animal RN has grown from highly qualified pet sitting service to an invaluable asset for the veterinary community and the first veterinary nursing and hospice service.
In 2009 Robyn teamed up with Dr. Amir Shanan DVM and colleagues to form the International Association for Animal Hospice and Palliative Care. As a master and industry leader in the arena of animal hospice and palliation Robyn’s been referred to as the “Midwife to the Afterlife.”
Robyn has presented on animal hospice and palliation to numerous veterinary and veterinary technician students, including Sacramento’s Western Career College and the 2nd and 3rd Annual Conference for IAAHPC in Denver, CO. Via Animal RN’s RACE approved continuing education courses, Robyn teaches on topics relevant to animal hospice and adding animal hospice services to an existing veterinary practice.
When she’s not managing Animal RN, Robyn is coached and mentored by New York Times bestselling authors and referral marketing masters Dr Ivan Misner, Mike Macedonio and Dawn Lyons.
In her downtime, Robyn appreciates life in Northern California, including fine wines, luxurious farm to table foods and great friendships. Robyn is past president of the Gold Coast Australian Cattle Dog Club, Founder of the Sonoma County Lambda Sigma Gamma Alumni Association, a rotarian and supporter of the local Humane Society.
