Robert Baffour

     Professor of Civil Engineering at the University of Georgia, USA.  Dr. Baffour has over 24 years of teaching and research experience  at major universities like the University of Georgia, the Georgia Institute of Technology and Iowa Sate University.  He currently coteach a research writing class at the University of Georgia and has supervised over 50 Theses/Dissertation in the last 10 years.  Dr. Baffour holds a PHD in Civil Engineering with a minor in Statistics from the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech) in Atlanta, GA, USA.
