Many years of success and failure have made me a phenomenal entrepreneur. One turning point that help my journey take flight was when I realized I was the only person that was standing in my way of greatness. It may seem simple but until you realize that fact and take ownership of it, success will always be at bay!

Now I am walking in purpose and loving every moment! With each of those moment I am reaching back to pull up and encouraging others to take flight with their health and career goals. Teaching is just one of the tools I use to reach all who want to take flight!
