During my career, I’ve worked as a Reliability Engineer, Maintenance Specialist, and eventually as a Maintenance Manager in large international corporations. Over the years, I’ve gained extensive experience managing complex technical infrastructures, leading maintenance teams, and implementing modern strategies like RCM, TPM, and Lean Maintenance. Since 2016, I’ve specialized in the RCM2 methodology. As a certified facilitator, I help companies optimize their maintenance systems by developing tailored maintenance plans based on real operational needs. I’m also the author of a book dedicated to the RCM approach and a passionate advocate for sharing practical, real-world knowledge.
