I don't show my face in any of my videos -- it kind of feels like blocking the whiteboard -- but here are some things you might want to know about the guy behind the disembodied voice. 

- Most relevantly for anyone paying to hear my voice: I've actually been teaching this stuff in real classrooms to real students for 18 years, and I've been doing (and redoing) these videos for over 10 years. 

- I've won some karaoke contests, so there must be people with even worse voices out there doing this kind of thing.

- I live with my wife, our two kids and two cats in central Mass.  I recently took the kids to the top of Mt. Wachusett, at which point a torrential lightning storm hit.  Also, I love sriracha and have run at least a 5K every morning for the last four years.
