Audio has always been Rob's first love as far as technology goes. Rob is an electronic engineer and visual artist with an extensive background in audio systems and equipment design. Early on in his career he headed up audio research at a national broadcaster, focussing on measurement and distortion perception. He has written and delivered training courses in the areas of audio technology, thinking skills and e-learning.

Rob has a passion for live performance, particularly music and dance and has a broad experience in recording, mixing live sound and audio visual performance installations.

As an engineer Rob has deep understanding of audio systems, processes, acoustics and, most of all, the value of listening. He works in close association with Soundfusion Media who specialise in custom sound equipment and radio studio design.
