About me
I’m a finance transformation and ERP programme leader with more than 25 years’ experience delivering complex business and technology change across international organisations.
My background combines finance, technology and programme delivery. I’m a qualified accountant (FCCA), hold an MBA, and have led major programmes involving SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, finance transformation, data, analytics, M&A integration and operating-model change.
Much of my career has involved programmes where delivery is complex, under pressure or not progressing as expected. That experience has shaped the way I approach change: before prescribing a solution, understand what is actually happening.
I created Applied Change Tools: Friction to Flow to turn that practitioner experience into a structured and reusable approach. The course brings together established tools and models including Gap Analysis, SWOT, Force Field Analysis, ADKAR, Tuckman, Lewin and Kotter, but the emphasis is not on memorising models. It is on learning how to select the right diagnostic lens, examine the evidence and choose an intervention that fits the problem.
The examples used throughout the course draw on real-world experience across finance transformation, ERP, data and systems-led change, with appropriate anonymisation.
My aim is simple: to give practitioners practical tools they can take back into real programmes and use immediately.
