Richard Butler is Enterprise organizational consultant and (SPC 6.0) working at Rimagin GmbH. He works as a mentor, coach & trainer and supports individuals, teams and companies to enhance their flexibile working practices.
His current areas of interest include value streams in complex organizations, increasing adaptability in organizations, systemic approaches to business agility and the use of AI in training and coaching.
He is the co-founder of the German speaking DACH-SAFe-Treff Group.
