Raymond Coughlin

I’ve been a mathematics professor for over 40 years, and, more to the point, I was Honors Director and Pre-Health Professions Advisor for many years, during which time I helped hundreds of students to write their personal statements. I’ve won numerous teaching awards and I’ve written twenty-three books, and published even more—I know how to write well and, more importantly, I know how to teach people how to write well.
