My name is Rauph Souleimanov. I was born in Illinois, raised in Russia and Turkey, and came back to the states at 19. Since then I've always wanted to get into business and at 24 I opened my first company and we did 6 figures in the first year.

I learned the ins and outs of real estate wholesaling and have been sharing my journey and teaching on YouTube.

Over the years, I've automated about 80% of my real estate operations. Lead follow-up, property evaluation, deal analysis, all of it. This changed how I run my business completely.

That led me to launch SystemLaunch, an AI automation agency where I help real estate investors and business owners build the same systems I use. Voice AI for calls, workflow automation, CRM integrations. Anything that's repetitive and eating up time.

Currently, I own over 4 Million in Multifamily real estate and 25 doors under ownership and management, while running SystemLaunch on the side.

In my courses, I teach what actually works today in real estate, not outdated strategies. And for those who want automation built for them instead of DIY, that's what SystemLaunch is for.
