Randy Wollf is a well-know leadership trainer, coach, and author from Canada. He has been strengthening leaders, teams, and organizations in North America, Europe, and Asia for over 30 years.

His books include Your Rule of Life, Maximum Discipleship in the Church, and Navigating Church Politics.

Randy currently teaches graduate-level leadership courses and serves as Academic Dean at MB Seminary. He is also the Founder and President of PaperLift Document Editing and Executive Director of MinistryLift (a training and coaching ministry). Randy also worked as a pastor, church planter, and missionary over the course of 20 years.

Randy has his PhD in Educational Studies with a focus on leading organizational change. He is a certified leadership coach and coach trainer with Creative Results Management and Leader Breakthru.

Randy is an innovative servant leader who loves to build capacity in individuals, teams, and organizations through leadership coaching/training and innovative, visionary leadership.
