Hi there, and welcome! I'm Raluca-Tania Esseman — a certified psychopedagogue and speech therapist, but also a passionate educator, lifelong learner, and someone who deeply believes in the power of small steps and kind support in a child's development.
My academic journey began in a pedagogic high school, where I first trained as both a kindergarten and primary school teacher. That early foundation sparked a deep love for education and child development. I then earned a degree in Special Psychopedagogy, followed by a Master's in School Counseling and Psychopedagogical Assistance.
My background also includes valuable experience in human resources, where I developed strong communication and interpersonal skills that enrich my therapeutic approach today. Beyond my practical work, I’ve published several articles in educational journals and completed numerous training programs on dyslexia, expressive techniques, early intervention, and cognitive stimulation.
My mission is to make speech therapy feel less overwhelming and more empowering — for both families and colleagues in the field.
