About me
My name is Rajendra Paudel (RP Srijan), and I am an entrepreneur, educator, and advocate for migrant workers' rights, with roots in Nepal and experiences that span across Saudi Arabia and the UAE. After spending six years as a migrant laborer in these countries, I realized the challenges and hardships faced by migrant workers. This inspired me to dedicate my life to empowering others like me, providing them with the knowledge, tools, and support they need to succeed.
In 2018, I founded Way To Success, a company that now operates under the leadership of my wife, Sangita Timilsina. Our mission is to provide direct support to Nepali migrant workers who are working abroad. We offer online courses to educate them and help them access financial tools in Nepal for saving and investment, working closely with banks and capital firms. Sangita has been my unwavering partner in this journey, and together, we create social media content that educates and inspires our audience.
Recently, we embarked on an exciting project called #30Days30Videos3Countries, where we traveled to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Qatar. During this journey, we connected with migrant worker friends, interacted with them, and captured their stories and experiences through video content. This project was both fulfilling and enlightening, reinforcing our commitment to supporting migrant workers.
I am also proud to be a Fellow of Migration Tech Monitor (MTM) 2023, where I was part of the first batch of fellows. The mentorship and resources provided through this fellowship were instrumental in helping me develop the Bidesh Mobile Application. This app is a comprehensive resource platform for migrant workers from Nepal, India, and Bangladesh working in Gulf countries and Malaysia. Our goal is to reduce employment fraud and ensure that workers have access to reliable information and job opportunities.
Before this, I played a significant role in Shramik Sanjal for five years, where I contributed to building internal and external system development programs. My work with Shramik Sanjal was driven by my deep commitment to improving the conditions and opportunities for migrant workers.
In addition to my advocacy work, I am also an entrepreneur in the cosmetics and e-commerce industry. I recently launched a partnership-based business focused on selling cosmetic and beauty care products, with an emphasis on natural and organic ingredients. Our business operates in the UAE, with a focus on the GCC countries and Nepal, and we have ambitious plans for expansion.
As a social media influencer with over 900K+ followers across platforms like YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok, I create content that covers a wide range of topics, from understanding labor laws to digital literacy, fraud awareness, and financial literacy. My aim is to reach as many people as possible, providing them with the information and resources they need to thrive.
