I currently manage a team of 26 Major Incident Managers, guiding them to deliver the best outcomes for our clients. My expertise spans the insurance, software, and hardware domains, and I’m proud to hold an ITIL V4 certification, backed by an engineering background. I’m passionate about IT Service Management (ITSM) and its significant impact on business operations.
