I’m Rajeev Sarkar, a Major Incident Manager based in India, working for a Fortune 500 IT company. Over the years, I’ve successfully handled numerous bridges, ensuring critical incidents are resolved efficiently. I currently manage a team of 26 Major Incident Managers, guiding them to deliver the best outcomes for our clients. My expertise spans the insurance, software, and hardware domains, and I’m proud to hold an ITIL V4 certification, backed by an engineering background. I’m passionate about IT Service Management (ITSM) and its significant impact on business operations. Additionally, I have a deep interest in teaching and love sharing my knowledge to help others grow in the IT field.
