Radek is a sof-skills trainer, author, conference speaker and science promoter. For over 10 years, he's been teaching thousands of adults on how to manage themselves, how to lead and work in teams and how to learn more effectively in dynamic, adult life. He loves learning so much, he made it his job. During his career, he was consulting European Commission's Adult Education Work Group on efficient adult learning in digital world, speaking at United Nations events and working with different companies, including ING, Google, T-Mobile, Unilever or PepsiCo, to help them learn better. In 2021 he was enlisted among 15 Key Influencers of Adult Learning in Europe.
