He has performed duties as a product owner/manager, senior project manager, scrum master, senior financial analyst, SQL database analyst/administrator, and reporting analyst/developer.

For over a decade, he has been a higher learning educator, professional trainer, and, most importantly, a curriculum/course developer, shaping the educational experiences of many.

He partners with business leaders, deans, administration, and faculty to develop and define content and learning objectives for university-level classes and corporate training sessions.

He is an experienced educator who has trained small and large groups. He has a proven method for leveraging educational theories and methodologies to design, develop, and deliver successful college courses and training programs.

He integrates instructional technology to provide onsite/virtual training and is adept at organizing and facilitating management and team-building training programs and activities.
