About me
I am an instructor and a career coach with over 10 years of experience specializing in customer success, sales, and customer experience. Known for my engaging teaching style and comprehensive knowledge, I have become a trusted name among professionals seeking to excel in customer-facing roles.
My career began in the early 2000s as a Customer Service Representative for a renowned company, where I quickly gained success due to my exceptional communication skills and customer-focused approach. I quickly transitioned into Sales for a global Healthcare brand where my success in sales was driven by a deep understanding of customer needs and a commitment to building long-term relationships. This dedication led me to become a top performer and eventually recognized for my achievements in the company's sales department.
In my role as a Customer Success Manager, I implemented innovative strategies that significantly improved customer retention rates and boosted overall sales performance. My ability to bridge the gap between customer satisfaction and revenue growth became a hallmark of her career. As a result, I was often asked to lead various projects and training sessions for other professionals in the field.
In 2023, I transitioned into education and career coaching, focusing on training the next generation of sales and customer success professionals. I started to offer workshops, seminars, and one-on-one coaching sessions designed to empower individuals and teams with the skills needed to thrive in customer-centric roles.
My training programs cover a wide range of topics, including effective communication, building customer relationships, sales techniques, and customer experience management.
