Hi alI, have good knowledge on Servicenow technology ,Servicenow certifications and related stuff to Servicenow other than that I am proficient in ITIL processes which is foundation of Servicenow . As I have worked on different Projects which are based on agile scrum methodology so I am quite familiar with the Agile software development lifecycle.Coming to my hobbies I like to read books ,Listening to music and reading about new technology.
