I’m Polina - a Pilates trainer and an aerial acrobat who began as an adult. I stepped into the air with zero dance or gymnastics background and learned, layer by layer, how strength grows from mindful practice. That experience shapes my teaching: clear progressions, compassionate coaching, and nervous-system-friendly pacing. I specialize in guiding adults who are starting from scratch to feel safe, capable, and genuinely excited to move.
In Pilates, I blend classical principles with modern mobility and breathwork; in aerial, I translate those same foundations to the air so skills feel achievable and fun. Expect precise cues, playful challenges, and options for every body and every day. My mission is simple: help you feel at home in your body - strong, coordinated, and calm - and surprise yourself with what you can do.
