I am a self-image and award winning meditation coach and Qi Gong instructor. I became a Qi Gong Champion with the British team in Korea in 2016, winning the international competition at the Kookhak Qi Gong festival.

Furthermore, I am a Dahn Master and trained under the Brain Education System created by Ilchi lee. I am a sound healer and trained under Jonathan Goldman's vocal toning system.

I am a Bach Flower practitioner and musician, having released an Album entitled Anahata Earth Echoes with New World Music. Furthermore, I also compose 432Hz music for meditation.
