Peter’s coffee education and career in coffee spans more than 2 decades. It started with owning 2 coffee establishments in Vancouver, BC. back in the late 90’s and continues in the Wholesale coffee business for the past 16 years.
His philosophy has always been one of putting importance on education. During his time in the industry Peter has achieved a number of impressive certifications and continues to take classes in Canada, the U.S. and Italy to keep up to date on the latest developments in technology and how they will interact with the coffee he provides. He is acertified Assaggiatore, which is an espresso taster as well as a certified Sensi Cervello Analisi Sensoriale which translates in English to a certified Sensory Analysis Judge.
