Peter is Partner at the international management development institute (MDI), Executive Trainer and Mindset Coach. He is engaged in the field of international leadership development and has been able to accompany people of more than 40 nationalities and numerous internationally operating corporations as a senior consultant, trainer & coach over the past years. Through his many years of experience in the field of Learning & Development, he has also dealt in depth with training design and learning design as well as learning transfer, in addition to Mindset. Here, he has been especially involved in the digital space and therefore developed the Webinar Guru Framework, which is a tool for designing successful webinars and online trainings and enables a completely new way of content design (webinar-guru(.)com.)

Through his national and international management experience as a hotel manager in Sri Lanka and managing director of a restaurant in Austria, he has been able to try out and experience many of the tools he passes on himself. Two and a half years as Training Manager of the AIDA cruise fleet not only provided Peter with vision and a global outlook, but also supported the implementation of numerous trainings and training programs. More than ten years of volunteer work and leadership in an organization with over 100 members complete the picture of the leadership expert.

A business degree from the university of applied siences in Vienna supports his economic, entrepreneurial approach. Additionally he is peer mediator, systemic coach (ICF standard) and works in profiling with tools like DISC Wiley & LINC Performance Profiler. Together with MDI and his company Businessmindsetter(.)com, Peter tries to make corporate learning fit for the future and to promote agile people development with new models and methods.

Durch seine nationale und internationale Führungserfahrung als Hoteldirektor in Sri Lanka und Geschäftsführer eines Restaurants in Österreich konnte er viele der Hilfestellungen, die er weitergibt, selbst ausprobieren und erleben. Zweieinhalb Jahre als Training Manager der Kreuzfahrtflotte AIDA haben bei Peter nicht nur für Weitblick und Weltoffenheit gesorgt, sondern auch die Implementierung zahlreicher Trainings und Trainingsprogramme unterstützt. Über zehn Jahre ehrenamtliches Engagement und Führung in einer Organisation mit über 100 Mitgliedern runden das Bild des Führungsexperten ab.

Ein betriebswirtschaftlicher Studienabschluss der FH -Wien der WKW unterstützt seinen wirtschaftlichen, unternehmerischen Zugang. Gemeinsam mit MDI und seinem Unternehmen Businessmindsetter(.)com versucht Peter, Corporate Learning zukunftsfit zu gestalten und mit neuen Modellen und Methoden eine agile Entwicklung zu fördern.
