Apple Technical Advisor and IT Service Desk Analyst for 8 Years

When I was in 3rd year college, I decided to work at a call center. I tried many times to get a job, but 20 companies rejected my application because I wasn't fluent at speaking English and I have no work experience. But I didn't give up. With the help of my girlfriend, who is now my wife, I trained myself to speak in English. After 6 months, I got my 1st job. I started low and worked my way up to a higher position in Technical Support. One year later, I got another job as an Apple Technical Advisor, where I used to help people with Apple products like Mac computers and iPhones. During that time, I was recognized as a top performer and won brand new iPads three times in a row. After 2 years, I finally landed my dream job as an IT Service Desk Analyst at a major international bank, where I resolved software and computer-related issues with a focus on delivering an excellent user experience.

10 Years of  Videography and Video Editing Experience

It all began as a hobby, filming vacation videos using my phone. I didn't go to film school, but with a strong passion for videography, I watched tons of videos and enrolled in online courses, teaching myself everything about proper video shooting and professional editing. Then, I invested in a DSLR. Our family and friends noticed the potential in our video skills and encouraged us to offer video services. After gaining years of experience, my wife and I launched a videography business, specializing in capturing moments at events like weddings and birthdays. I also honed my skills using Adobe Premiere Pro to enhance video quality. Throughout this journey, I received multiple recognitions and earned an eagle award in a video editing.

From 9-5 Job to Entrepreneurs

For a long time, I really wanted to be a businessman, but lack of funds and uncertainty about where to begin held me back. So, when I got a steady job, I started studying and learning from hundreds of books about entrepreneurs and personal development. Even though I faced many challenges, I didn't give up. With careful plans and the courage to leave our jobs, my wife and I tried again and finally achieved our goal. My wife and I successfully transitioned from working regular 9-5 jobs to becoming entrepreneurs. Now, we run our own e-learning business, generating passive income through online courses. This freedom lets us pursue our passions and do what we love.

I enjoy spending time talking with my wife, reading success books, shopping online, playing chess, doing hydroponic gardening, studying AI technology, listening to music, and teaching my son.

A Fun Fact:

After studying a book by Glenn Doman about right brain education, we began teaching our baby to read when he was only 3 months old. And you know what's amazing? By the time he turned 18 months old, he could read and say many sight words all by himself.
