I have a Bachelor's in Music Education, Master's in Music Education, and National Board Certification in Early Childhood Music. I have also published a book entitled "Teaching Students with Disabilities: A Resource Guide for the Strings Classroom." I have been teaching private violin/viola lessons for over 16 years and public school orchestra (elementary and middle) for over 15 years. Though I do not teach the Suzuki method, I love the Suzuki repertoire and love to teach these pieces of music using an interactive and engaging method.
