As the host of a weekly show that teaches people how to live well and comfortably into old age, I believe that everyone deserves access to top quality life guidance so they know how to best maintain their health and an understanding about what’s happening inside and outside of them.
Passionate about wellness for life, I have completed 20 marathons and 115 half marathons, and now in my 60’s I participate in the sport of tower climbing, having conquered buildings all over the country.
