Prior to founding gen Z Solutions, Paras served for more than 15 Years in Technology Leadership position such as APAC Lead for Digital Practice with Capco, India Lead for Shared Services and Test CoE with Allianz Technology and India Lead – Automation Practice with Sapient.

Paras expertise are in Digital, Agile Consulting, Agile Transformation, DevOps Strategy, Software Project Management, Test Management, Automation, Support, Operations management, customer management, process management, people management and vendor/partner management. His specialty is in developing High Performing Offshore Delivery Centers and Teams, Business Development and Managing Client Relationship. He developed offshore delivery center for his clients in APAC (Hongkong, Thailand, Myanmar, Singapore, Malaysia), Europe (UK and Germany) and USA for digital and automation delivery.

Paras helped multiple businesses (client) in their Agile Transformation,  Coached teams in various geography and delivered Agile Training to more than six hundred individuals.

Paras did his engineering from G B Pant University of Agriculture and Technology and completed his management studies from Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.
