Hello!

I am an HR Technology and Work Management software geek with 20 years worth of experience working for well know companies. The past decades of challenging and fun high level projects.

I have experience with most of the HR Technology and Work Management software tools on the market and would love to share my knowledge and best practices from the industry.  I love teaching!

In 2019, I founded Panda Workforce Academy.  We help small businesses empower their HR team through HR Technology. We manage projects ranging from audits, HRIS selection, HRIS implementations, HR process automation, and HR technology certifications.  In 2024, I began to provide Work Management software solutions using SmartSuite.

- HR Technology platforms - I love finding new useful features and utilizing them to increase their productivity. I have used all the well known HCM software tools on the market.  Experienced with HiBob, BambooHR, Paylocity, Workday, Zoho People, UKG Pro, Infor, Zenefits, Ease, and a few more.

- Work Management software - one of my secrets to success is that over the years I have used software tools to increase my productivity and team productivity.  I am a SmartSuite expert and an official SmartSuite Service Partner.

- Automation software tools - you will see some courses on software tools that I use to integrate software for process automation such as Zapier.
