Goal driven professional possessing 20 years of experience working with leaders in Education, Real Estate and Business Administration to accomplish key objectives through continuous strategic planning, including: creating goals, alternatives and milestones, review and development of short and long-term business goals to achieve sustainable competitive advantage and formulating marketing strategies to differentiate the company’s products or services from the competition’s.

I am also an EFT Practitioner with training as an Intuitive Energy Consultant, Reiki Master and Heart Math Facilitator. I came to the discovery of my calling as a healer after many years of struggling with illness, personal issues as an adoptee, and other major losses. It was these struggles as a single mom, and trying to manage my son's health issues, that lead me to begin working with alternative health care providers, becoming a massage therapist and eventually studying Reiki myself. After a few years of learning about various forms energy healing, and working with some of the world's best mindset and growth coaches, I took additional steps to gain my certifications and began supporting others in the recovery of their authentic spirit.

I do love to play outside, so I get hikes in whenever possible, take the paddle board out or visit beautiful places (I really love America!). When I'm not outdoors you'll catch me dancing to music, listening to podcasts or audio books and cultivating joy by helping people find new ways to live bigger and brighter lives through unleashing their spirits.
