Rom Schrift is an associate professor at the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University. Rom received his PhD from Columbia University and was a faculty member at the Wharton School of Business for 8 years.
Rom has more than 15 years of experience in developing and teaching the systematic approach to creativity at different universities, businesses, and organizations around the world. Rom integrates his expertise in the field of consumer behavior and decision making to help companies, organizations, and students of innovations unleash their creativity.
