Omika is a highly experienced academic professional with a deep passion for teaching and research. With over 14 years of academic background, including 4.5 years dedicated to research, she has made a significant impact on the education of numerous students.

As an educator, Omika stands out by going above and beyond for her students. She imparts her knowledge to more than 250 students annually, delivering disciplined, encouraging, and engaging lectures. Her exceptional content quality and innovative teaching methods, such as inquiry-based learning, game-based learning, discussions, case studies, and role plays, make her an exceptional educator. She believes in active participation and puts her students at the forefront of their own learning journey.

Omika works as an Associate Professor at Pranveer Singh Institute of Technology in India, where she is contributing to the Department of Business Administration. She has also served as a Senior Research Fellow and Junior Research Fellow at the University of Rajasthan, India.

Her academic achievements include a WES-certified Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of Rajasthan and being an esteemed alumna of Hansraj College at Delhi University.
