Monday Akhimien has taught Phonics and Phonetics to students in nursery, primary and secondary schools for over 8 years. During this period, he has conducted training for nursery, primary and secondary school teachers. He focuses his interest on the BBC English (Received Pronunciation) which is the recommended standard to be taught to non-native speakers of the language, and he has done extensive research into this variety of English.
