Noureddine IDBOUFKER is a Ph.D degree in Telecommunications and Computer Sciences. He is also a PMP, Cobit2019, Prince2, ITILv3, ISO27002, Scrum, 6sigma, HCIA and HCNA Certified. Noureddine IDBOUFKER has also worked, more than 10 years, for an African Telecom Operator as a R&D Engineer before being responsible of the design on QoS architecture over MPLS core Network.
