I was first exposed to cooking as a hobby, so I decided to pursue this interest by going to cooking school. After graduating I went to Berlin and worked at a number of restaurants including ones that specialized in Japanese, ramen, and German food. While working at these places I was also developing my own cooking styles across a number of food genres. I used this knowledge to gain my current position as a restaurant menu developer and business trip cook. My goal with Udemy is to introduce viewers to recipes that can reproduce professional level tastes while staying within the comforts of your own home.
