経歴

2011年に外資系IT企業の日本IBMに新卒で入社。

主に銀行などの金融領域におけるシステム開発を行う組織にて、システムエンジニアとして上流工程から下流工程までを担当。

またプロジェクトマネージャーとして小規模から大規模までのプロジェクトマネジメントを経験。

2018年に株式会社リクルート(旧リクルートテクノロジーズ)に入社。

リクルートグループの大規模プロジェクトをマネジメントする専門組織にて、IT系大規模プロジェクトのマネジメントや新規事業検討プロジェクトに参画。

上記組織が担当する全プロジェクトのプロジェクト監査も歴任。

2021年に呼び戻される形で日本IBMに戻り、金融系のDX案件を担当。

2024年に日本IBMを退社し、株式会社kurogo worksを設立。

2011 - 2018: IBM Japan

Joined IBM Japan as a new graduate in 2011.

Worked as a systems engineer in the financial services sector, primarily with banks, responsible for the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to implementation and maintenance.

As a Project Manager, led projects of various sizes, gaining experience in managing both small and large-scale initiatives.

2018 - 2021: Recruit Co., Ltd. (formerly Recruit Technologies)

Joined Recruit Co., Ltd. in 2018.

Within a specialized department responsible for managing large-scale projects for the Recruit Group, participated in the management of major IT projects and new business development initiatives.

Also served as a project auditor, responsible for auditing all projects managed by the department.

2021 - 2024: IBM Japan

Rejoined IBM Japan in 2021 to lead digital transformation (DX) projects in the financial sector.

2024 - Present: kurogo works, Inc.

Founded kurogo works, Inc. in 2024.
