I am an orthoptist  with experience working across healthcare systems in Australia and Sri Lanka. I currently do clinical governance consultancy programs in Sri Lanka. My background spans clinical practice, quality and safety and service-level governance, with a particular interest in how governance frameworks translate into everyday clinical decision-making.

My approach to education is grounded in real-world practice. Rather than focusing on policy alone, I aim to make governance concepts clear, relevant and applicable for clinicians working in busy, resource-variable environments.
