I am skilled in Instructional Design for online, face-to-face and virtual settings, excel in developing blended learning approaches and build in hands-on learning and embedment opportunities to aide learning transfer and sustained behaviour change. Having begun my professional life as an accountant, my strength lies in understanding the pressures faced by learners and linking learning outcomes to business strategy and goals.
