Hello! I've enjoyed scaling startups and building engineering and product management teams in the competitive talent markets of NYC and SF.

After 15 years focused on recruitment and hiring, I'm excited to re-engineer the interview experience with conversation intelligence, real-time data and interview analytics. 

As the Head of Recruiting at TubeMogul, I had the opportunity to build and grow the talent acquisition team from 1 to 10 recruiters. In just 26 months, we scaled the company from 60 to 360 employees in 12 cities globally, through a successful IPO ($TUBE). 

During the same two years, I attended business school in the evenings at UC Berkeley Haas, started a family (three daughters) and co-founded Honeit Software.

At MTV Networks (Viacom),  I was responsible for global digital media, product and technology recruitment along with HR technology and recruitment operations. Before moving into corporate human resources, I cut my teeth as a technology headhunter in New York City.
