I am a life-long teacher and learner, a compassionate coach, a loving single mom and a loyal Pittsburgher. I founded Nicki Nolle Coaching after teaching as an adjunct faculty member at the college level for over a decade.

I love working with students! Watching them grow and change, seeing them apply a new concept successfully, and helping them make their dreams come true is my ultimate reward.

Students don’t fail because the work is too hard or because they are academically incapable. They fail because they lack the self-awareness, self-management skills or vision to commit to taking the actions they need to take to move forward. It is my mission as a student success coach to give you the skills you need to reach your goals and make your visions a reality.
