Nathalie is a qualified yoga and breathwork teacher with a deep passion for helping people reconnect with themselves through movement, breath, and awareness.
After spending over a decade working in high-pressure environments within the corporate and tourism industry, she experienced first hand the effects of stress, burnout, and disconnection. This led her to explore yoga and breathwork not just as a practice, but as a way to restore balance, clarity, and wellbeing.
She has since completed over 500 hours of yoga teacher training, along with additional certifications in breathwork, yin yoga, and holistic wellness practices. Her teaching combines traditional yogic principles with a modern, practical approach making these powerful tools accessible and relevant to everyday life.
Nathalie teaches both in-person and online, working with a wide range of students from beginners to experienced practitioners. Her focus is on helping individuals regulate their nervous system, improve their relationship with stress, and build a sustainable, balanced approach to wellbeing.
Through her work, she aims to bridge the gap between ancient practices and modern living supporting others in finding calm, energy, and connection in their daily lives.
