Natasja King is an Usui Reiki Master Teacher Practitioner, Karuna Reiki Practitioner, and Holistic Wellness Therapist based in Mossel Bay, South Africa. Her journey into Reiki and holistic wellness began after a career working as a legal secretary at law firms in Cape Town and London.  In 2020, she made a life-changing decision to stand up for herself in a toxic work environment that had been affecting her mental health. That moment of courage led her to enroll in a life coaching course—something she had considered for years. It was the first step in her transformation and career shift into holistic healing.

A year later, Natasja obtained her Reiki Third Degree (Master Level) in both the Usui Shiki Ryôhô (Western) and Usui Reiki Ryôhô (Japanese) lineages under Reiki Master Torsten A. Lange of the Reiki Academy London. In 2022, after 17 years in London, she and her husband returned to their native South Africa, where she now works full-time as a Reiki practitioner and teacher. She is registered as a Master Practitioner with the Reiki Guild South Africa and together with her husband, also a Reiki Master, they teach Reiki courses in three provinces of South Africa.

Natasja is passionate about sharing the gift of Reiki with others, teaching and guiding her students so they can experience healing and transformation in their own lives. Through her courses, she empowers people to connect with their inner strength, develop their healing abilities, and create a deeper sense of balance in body, mind, and spirit. Her mission is to spread hope and healing by equipping others with the knowledge and tools to help themselves and those around them.
