Natalia is a career and leadership development coach (ICF PCC, INSEAD), working with large corporations, SMEs and start-ups in multiple industries across the globe, predominantly in Tech, Financial Services and Pharma.

She has 20 years of experience in corporate talent management, top executive search consulting, leadership assessment, and career development coaching.

Natalia has two Business Master‘s Degrees obtained in Moscow and Frankfurt, and she is fluent in English, Russian, and German.

In her coaching practice she majorly works in these areas:

- Helping leaders define and follow through their career development strategy or transition;

- Promotion preparation and adjustment to roles with bigger responsibility or new business environment;
